WebCT Browser Instructions.

The following ports must be open to access WebCT and it's features.

WebCT port: 8900
Chat port: 4445
Whiteboard port: 4567
Java Servlet Engine Port: 8009

This is done by the ISP or in some cases on the individual's machine if they have a personal firewall.

Students should enable popups. Exams, mail, discussions, glossaries are all popup screens

Check which browser you're using at top of application or on the homepage link.
Set browser to refresh every time or empty the cache often.
